  DEVELOPING STORY: Man Found Unconscious After Allegedly Throwing Children From Storey Building in Aba A man was reportedly found unconscious but still breathing after allegedly falling from a storey building at New Phase of Umuobe by Barracks, Opobo Road, Obignwa, Abia State. The incident, which occurred on Thursday, has caused panic among residents of the area. Eyewitnesses told Magic FM Aba that the man allegedly threw two of his children from the building before attempting to throw down his wife. However, the circumstances surrounding the incident remain unclear. The two children were reportedly rushed to a hospital for medical attention. As of the time of filing this report, Magic FM Aba could not independently confirm their condition or whether they survived the fall. The man, who sustained an injury to the head, was still lying in front of his house and had yet to receive assistance as of the time of this report. A WOMAN WAS ARRESTED FOR PLACING A FALSE 911 CALL AND AGGRAVATED BATTERY TO AN OFFICER. (PHOTO).

 Former Salem woman arrested for placing a false 911 call as well as an aggravated battery to an officer.



Ashley Pohlman, 23, called 911 and reported several armed gunmen inside of Biggie's on route 161 east of Centralia.


When police arrived on scene, they observed individuals inside of the store. After making a phone call to a Biggie's employee and learning there were no armed gunmen, officials attempted to arrest Pohlman.


For some strange reason, Pohlman was parked outside of the Biggies store waiting for police after making the false 911 call. It is unclear why she made the call or if she believed there were armed gunmen. 


Pohlman resisted arrest and scratched an officer. She is not only being charged with placing a false 911 call but she is also facing disorderly conduct charges and aggravated battery to an officer.


There was also another 911 call placed stating that there was an armed gunman on an Amtrak train, which also was found to be untrue. It is not clear yet who made that phone call.
