 Prince William and Kate Middleton bring George, Charlotte and Louis to Commonwealth Games for first Scotland public outing Prince William and Kate Middleton brought their three children to the 2026 Commonwealth Games in Glasgow, marking the siblings’ first official public appearance in Scotland. The Prince and Princess of Wales, both 44, attended the sporting event on Saturday, Aug. 1, during their summer break with Prince George, 13, Princess Charlotte, 11, and Prince Louis, 8. While in Scotland, where William and Kate are known as the Duke and Duchess of Rothesay, the family spent time with Team Wales athletes and their families. The couple also visited SportsAid, an organisation that supports young athletes. Kate has served as patron of the organisation since 2013.  Ondo Socialite, Adelabu Emirate, Kills Wife, Commits Suicide


A socialite and petrol station owner in Akure, the Ondo State capital, Sesan Adelabu, popularly known as Emirate, has allegedly macheted his wife to death.


After killing his wife, Adelabu also committed suicide by drinking an insecticide.


It was further gathered that the incident happened on Friday night in the Alagbaka area of the ancient city of Akure.


The deceased was the owner of the Emirate Filling Stations in Akure.


His remains and that of his wife were said to have been deposited in a morgue.
