  DEVELOPING STORY: Man Found Unconscious After Allegedly Throwing Children From Storey Building in Aba A man was reportedly found unconscious but still breathing after allegedly falling from a storey building at New Phase of Umuobe by Barracks, Opobo Road, Obignwa, Abia State. The incident, which occurred on Thursday, has caused panic among residents of the area. Eyewitnesses told Magic FM Aba that the man allegedly threw two of his children from the building before attempting to throw down his wife. However, the circumstances surrounding the incident remain unclear. The two children were reportedly rushed to a hospital for medical attention. As of the time of filing this report, Magic FM Aba could not independently confirm their condition or whether they survived the fall. The man, who sustained an injury to the head, was still lying in front of his house and had yet to receive assistance as of the time of this report.  Ohio mother lands behind bars after a video goes viral showing her disturbing interaction with her baby.


21-year-old Haley Ryan from Montgomery County, Ohio, has been booked into jail with formal charges pending. The arrest comes after a video began making rounds on social media. This prompted numerous calls to the Montgomery County Sheriff's office, some from as far away as Texas. All of the callers were demanding justice for the baby seen in the video.


According to reports, the video shows Ryan leaning over a crib before shrieking at the baby inside of the crib. After this it appears Ryan is striking the baby inside of the crib multiple times. She then storms away and the person recording (presumably the father) is seen going to check on the baby before the video ends.


The child is less than 1-year-old and the incident occurred inside of the father's apartment in Harrison Township. Police say it is still a very active investigation and the father could face charges for failure to report or intervene. 


The child is now safe, happy, and in protective custody.  Haley Ryan is being held on $25,000 bond and is due in court August 21st.


What charges do you believe the father should face? On one hand, he provided the overwhelming evidence and on the other hand he did not intervene.
