 GOVERNOR UBA APPRECIATES PRESIDENT TINUBU ON THE AWARD OF STRATEGIC CONTRACTS WORTH  ₦1.178 TRILLION IN KADUNA STATE   Kaduna State governor has extended appreciation to President Tinubu, and the Federal Executive Council for the approval and award of transformative infrastructure contracts that will indelibly reshape the economic and social landscape of the state.   The statement personally signed by the governor lists the projects as follows; the Kaduna Light Rail Project an ambitious undertaking spanning a Kilometers corridor from Rigachikun to Sabon Tasha, alongside a Kilometers line from Millennium City to Rigasa, forming a 50-kilometre metropolitan network with an estimated value of One Trillion Naira. Complementing this is the critical reconstruction of the Mando–Kaduna– Birnin Gwari road, a 122-kilometre artery valued at ₦178 billion. World’s oldest person, Maria Branyas dies at 117


Maria Branyas, who was acknowledged as the world's oldest person, has passed away at the age of 117 on Monday. 


She spent the last two decades of her life at the Santa Maria del Tura nursing home in Olot, a town in northern Catalonia. Born on March 4, 1907, in San Francisco, California. Branyas lived through significant historical events over more than a century. In January 2023, she became the world's oldest person following the passing of French nun Lucile Randon at the age of 118.


Maria Branyas, born to a Catalan family in San Francisco, moved back to Catalonia with her family during World War I. She vividly remembered the perilous journey across the Atlantic at the age of seven. She also lived through both World Wars and the Spanish Civil War, retaining sharp memories of those tumultuous times. At the age of 113, in May 2020, Branyas became the oldest known person to survive COVID-19.


In recognition of her exceptional life, the San Francisco Board of Supervisors officially commended Maria Branyas when she was 116 years and 249 days old in 2023. The resolution praised her as an "active and engaged resident" of her nursing home in Olot. The Board of Supervisors declared November 7, 2023, as 'Maria Branyas Day' in San Francisco and the local county, emphasizing her contributions to humanity and the lessons she has to impart at this pivotal moment in our planet's history.

Innoson Gives Out Brand New IVM G5 and Salary For Life To The Man Who Prophesied About His Vehicle Manufacturing In 1979.  Last Saturday, July 22nd the Chairman of Innoson Vehicle Manufacturing Company Ltd, Chief Dr Innocent Ifediaso Chukwuma OFR gave out a brand new Innoson IVM G5 to Mr Ikechukwu Osakwe popularly known as Osabros who prophesied to him in 1979 that he would be the first man in Africa to manufacture vehicles and sell to different African countries.  The prophecy was given at the period the then Innocent Chukwuma could not boast of a car, talk less of manufacturing one.
