 Dolly Parton returns to public eye to celebrate opening day at Dollywood     Dolly Parton made her first public appearance in months to celebrate the opening day of Dollywood in Pigeon Forge, Tennessee, on Friday. The country music icon reflected on the past year, a year after the death of her husband of nearly 60 years, Carl Dean, saying she is “doing good” and has been working to rebuild herself spiritually, emotionally, and physically after grieving and dealing with health issues that kept her from touring. Joined on stage by Dollywood president Eugene Naughton, Parton brought her trademark humor to the crowd, joking about rumors of a new husband while reaffirming her devotion to Dean. She also shared updates on her ongoing projects, including a new Broadway musical and her Dolly’s Life of Many Colors Museum in Nashville.  VDM QUERIES WIZKID, DAVIDO & BURNA BOY OVER EXORBITANT CAR ACQUISITIONS 


VeryDarkMan (VDM) has questioned Wizkid, Davido, and Burna Boy, on their recent exorbitant car acquisitions.


VDM said it is insensitive on the trio's parts to fork out hundreds of millions for latest fancy cars when people in their communities and states are languishing in abject penury.


VDM made this revelation following a N3.5 billion McLaren Sienna which Burna Boy purchased on Wednesday. Shortly after the Grammy-award winner took delivery of his supercar, Davido also bought a 2026 Mercedes Maybach SL 680 for N1.2 billion.


This is against the background that earlier before Burna Boy and Davido bought their machines, Wizkid bought a car allegedly costing N1.7 billion. This situation inspired VDM to ask for what these musicians had specifically done for their communities.


”The question I have for Burna Boy, Wizkid and Davido, don’t you people read the room? Una no really dey see country wey una come from? You guys are not the government but I just need to say this. Let me start with Davido because na you I know very well, Na you be my guy. What can you beat your chest to say you have done for the people of Osun State that you come from."
