 NDLEA dismantles Abuja drug bunks, arrests 132, recovers 220kg illicit substances  -Marwa hails operation, vows to sustain crackdown in FCT, other states  In a non-stop two-week offensive action against traffickers and dealers, operatives of the National Drug Law Enforcement Agency (NDLEA) have successfully dismantled several drug joints and bunks within and around the Federal Capital Territory (FCT) Abuja where a total of 132 suspects were arrested and 220 kilograms of assorted illicit substances recovered. The wel-coordinated raids jointly conducted by the Agency's Directorate of Operations and General Investigation (DOGI) and the FCT Strategic Command from llth to 25th April 2026 were launched to dismantle illicit drug hubs contributing to substance abuse, trafficking, and associated criminal activities in the capital city after weeks of intelligence and surveillance across all identified hotspots.  SCUML  Seals Two Companies in Sokoto


The Special Control Unit Against Money Laundering, SCUML,  on Monday, September, 29 2025 sealed the premises of two Designated Non-Financial Businesses and Professions, DNFIBPs, Iman Multi Structures Ltd and Daraja Motors  for non -compliance with the provisions of the Money Laundering


(Prevention and Prohibition) Act 2022 and EFCC AML/CFT/CPF regulations 2024.


Both DNFBPs were initially sanctioned and fined on June 18, 2025 and August 13, 2025 respectively  for non-compliance with regulations but failed to make payment to the government.   


Investigations by Scuml Zonal Co'ordinator,   Assistant Commander of the EFCC, ACE Ahmadu Bello showed that the ultimatum to pay the fine offered the two organisations expired over a month ago.


 The premises will remain sealed until compliance with extant regulations is made.

Innoson Gives Out Brand New IVM G5 and Salary For Life To The Man Who Prophesied About His Vehicle Manufacturing In 1979.  Last Saturday, July 22nd the Chairman of Innoson Vehicle Manufacturing Company Ltd, Chief Dr Innocent Ifediaso Chukwuma OFR gave out a brand new Innoson IVM G5 to Mr Ikechukwu Osakwe popularly known as Osabros who prophesied to him in 1979 that he would be the first man in Africa to manufacture vehicles and sell to different African countries.  The prophecy was given at the period the then Innocent Chukwuma could not boast of a car, talk less of manufacturing one.
