Marilyn Manson's sexual assault case by former assistant reinstated under new California law A previously dismissed sexual assault case against Marilyn Manson, filed by former assistant Ashley Walters, was revived Monday in Los Angeles Superior Court under a new California law extending the statute of limitations for certain sexual abuse claims. Judge Steve Cochran granted Walters’ motion for reconsideration, vacating his December 2025 ruling that had dismissed the case and allowing it to proceed toward trial. The original suit, first filed in 2021, accused Manson, whose legal name is Brian Warner, of sexual harassment, sexual battery, intentional infliction of emotional distress, and wrongful termination based on her time working for him in 2010–2011.  Harrison Gwamnishu is in police custody, and if he comes out and does not say the truth, I will have to do it myself - Verydarkman

Content creator/influencer VeryDarkMan (VDM) has disclosed that he personally initiated the chain of events that led to the arrest of activist Harrison Gwamnishu in Benin. According to VDM, he received calls immediately after the Auchi couple kidnapped incident and made further inquiries, which  confirmed that Gwamnishu had taken money meant for the ransom of those couple.

VDM stated that based on the information he obtained, he contacted the police, resulting in Gwamnishu’s arrest. He added that the activist is currently in police custody and has already returned the money in question.

Expressing strong disappointment, VDM explained that he initially considered overlooking the issue but changed his mind after seeing a video released by Gwamnishu, which he described as an attempt to “gaslight the public” and “manipulate everyone emotionally.”

He warned that once Gwamnishu is released, he expects him to publicly state the truth about what transpired in Auchi. If he fails to do so, VDM said he would personally reveal the full details.
