Commodore Isah also acknowledged the Chief of the Naval Staff, Vice Admiral Idi Abbas, for his visionary leadership in strengthening the Navy’s capacity to address contemporary security threats. He thanked the families of the graduands for their support and expressed confidence that the newly trained personnel would serve the nation with pride and dedication.
