 TROOPS APPREHEND SUSPECTED TERRORIST COLLABORATORS, FAMILY OF ISWAP FINANCE CHIEF SURRENDERS, RECOVER LOGISTICS ITEMS Troops of Operation HADIN KAI (OPHK) have continued to sustain pressure on  terrorists through series of intelligence-led operations that resulted in the arrest of suspected terrorist collaborators, the surrender of the family members of a senior ISWAP commander, and the recovery of terrorist logistics items. In one of the operations conducted on 27 July 2026, troops of 5 Brigade arrested six ISWAP collaborators in Damasak, Borno State. Preliminary investigations revealed that the suspects were allegedly generating funds for the terrorist group through the procurement and sale of cattle at designated markets in Gubio, Damasak and Ajuwango. Items recovered from the suspects included one Volkswagen Golf vehicle, vehicle keys, four mobile phones of different brands, cow meat and the sum of ₦317,950.00. LAGOS FIRST BABY OF THE YEAR. (PHOTOS). #PRESS RELEASE.

 In her usual tradition in expressing love, celebrating the joyous moments of a newborn which symbolizes new beginnings and putting smiles on the faces of first baby's of the year and their parents, the Chairman, Ijede LCDA, Hon. Motunrayo Gbadebo-Alogba represented by the Vice Chairman, Hon. Kabiru again has presented cash and gift items to the Year 2026 babies of the year, baby Kayode (female), baby Alabi (female) and baby Ogunbowale (male)today at the General Hospital, Ijede 


Mrs Kayode Olabisi mother of first baby delivered through Ceasearian section at exactly 12.29am, with birth weight of 3.9kg.


Other babies of the year, baby Alabi, and baby Ogunbowale were also delivered through Ceasearian section at exactly 2.42am, 4.17am weighing 3kg and 3.1kg respectively


In the same vein, Egbin Power PLC, the foremost power station in Nigeria as part of it's cooperate social responsibility also presented cash gift to baby Kayode, baby Alabi and baby Ogunbowale


The Deputy Medical Director, Dr. Babatope Oni with other management staff appreciated the Chairman and Egbin Power PLC for their warm and kind gesture towards putting smiles on people's faces and giving back to the society.
