Aaron Phypers has filed new court documents requesting immediate spousal support from Denise Richards, citing financial hardship. He claims his business operations were disrupted in late 2024, leaving him without stable income.
Phypers argues that temporary support should be granted to maintain financial fairness during litigation, despite his pending criminal and domestic violence case. He insists that the absence of a conviction means his right to support should not be blocked.
The divorce has grown increasingly contentious, with Richards accusing Phypers of domestic abuse and seeking a restraining order, which he denies. Phypers also claims entitlement to half of Richards’ OnlyFans earnings, alleging he took many of the photos she uses on the platform.
He further argues he was promised a share of profits from her show Denise Richards & Her Wild Things but never received payment or accounting. Richards, however, has moved to protect her assets, filing documents to deny his request for half of her OnlyFans income, citing missed deadlines on his part.
The dispute has spilled into public view, with Phypers’ mother even launching a now-deleted GoFundMe page to support him after his eviction from the home he once shared with Richards.
She accused Hollywood power and false allegations of destroying her son, lamenting the loss of his relationship with Richards’ daughter Eloise. Richards, in turn, condemned the fundraiser as “outrageous,” underscoring the deep tensions and emotional fallout surrounding their split.
