Lagos police launch investigation as jeweller  accuses its officers of harassment The Lagos State Police Command said it has commenced an investigation into a viral video of a jeweller accusing some policemen in the Festac area of the state of harassing him.  The command disclosed this in an X post on Saturday. The video, which circulated on X on Saturday morning, shows the businessman engaged in a struggle with some policemen. Later in the video, the businessman could be seen with a bloody face after allegedly sustaining a cut beside his right eye during the struggle with the police officers,  The jeweller later explained that the policemen from the Festac Division had stopped him for a routine search. MELISSA RIVERS,PLANS TO SUE THE CLINIC WHERE HER LATE MOTHER JOAN RIVERS WENT INTO CARDIAC ARREST.

She WILL sue: Melissa Rivers will allegedly sue the clinic where her mother Joan went into cardiac arrest a week before her death in order to find out what really happened              Late Fashion Police host Joan Rivers daughter Melissa Rivers,plans to sue the clinic where her mother stopped breathing.Joan Rivers who died on September 4 in New York city,a week after she went into cardiac and respiratory arrest in the middle of a routine throat surgery.Melissa Rivers feels that suing Yorkville Endoscopy LLC is the only way forward,after being told by lawyers that without a lawsuit,she won't be able to find out what led to her mother's death.Melissa is frustrated at this point and she wants doctos and other staff at the clinic to take part in the depositions and explain what happened to Joan under oath.A close friend of their family claimed the alleged decision comes shortly after the clinic was deemed deficient in four major categories required for accreditation following an investigation by the New York state Health Department.More photos below.
