 Kandi Burruss has hit back at her ex-husband Todd Tucker after the latter went public with intimate claims about their marriage. Now, the RHOA star says his latest move proves she was right to walk away. The former couple's private life is now playing out in public, with Burruss refusing to let Tucker's revelations go unanswered. JUSTICE ONNOGHEN RESIGNS AS CHIEF JUSTICE OF NIGERIA {CJN}.

      Justice Onnoghen reportedly sent his resignation letter to the president on Thursday, barely 24 hours after the national judicial council concluded investigation on various allegations of misconduct levelled against him.
However, there has been no official statement from the presidency on the matter yet.
The embattled CJN is standing trial at the code of conduct tribunal on a six-count of alleged failure to declare his assets to the code of conduct bureau. He has however denied the allegations.
According to NAN
The News Agency of Nigeria reliably gathered that Onnoghen’s resignation letter was submitted to the Chief of Staff to the President, Malam Abba Kyari, by some Justices of the apex court.
NAN, however, learnt that the Justices who submitted the letter arrived at the presidential villa a few minutes after President Muhammadu Buhari had left Abuja for Jordan to participate in the World Economic Forum on Thursday.
