 HAJJ 2026: 1600 LAGOS PILGRIMS ARRIVE SAFELY FROM MAKKAH The 1,600 Lagos pilgrims who participated in the just-concluded Hajj exercise in the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia have all arrived safely to join their respective families. The safe arrival of the last and final batch of 187 pilgrims on Saturday marked the conclusion of the 2026 Hajj operations. Speaking to journalists at the tarmac of the Murtala Muhammed International Airport, Ikeja, the Amir-ul-Hajj and State Commissioner of Home Affairs, Ibrahim Layode said that the spiritual exercise was a success for Lagos State. The Commissioner who attributed the success to the exemplary conduct of the pilgrims while in the Holy Land maintained that the State also made adequate arrangements by engaging critical stakeholders ahead of the journey. RCCG GOVERNING COUNCIL WILL HOLD MEETINGS ON THE MOON, SAYS ADEBOYE. (PHOTO).

 RCCG Governing Council will hold meetings on the moon, says Adeboye 


 The General Overseer of the Redeemed Christian Church of God (RCCG), Pastor Enoch Adeboye, has claimed that God revealed to him that soon the church's Governing Council meetings will be held on the moon.


According to Adeboye, the revelation was directly from God and he has no doubt that it will come to pass.


The cleric was speaking to  members at a recent church programme.


It has since then sparked interest and curiosity among church members and the general public. 


While some may view it as a metaphorical or spiritual message, others may interpret it as a literal prediction.


Adeboye said: "I am not doubting God, i know with him all things are possible. He told me, i told some of my people. He told me that a day is coming that when the Redeemed Christian Church of God (RCCG) Governing Council wants to hold their meeting, they'll hold it on the moon. I know it doesn't make sense, but then, that's God. 


"When God says we're going to be holding our governing council meetings on the moon, you don't have to believe it, but he has spoken and it will come to pass."
