 ANAMBRA POLICE COMMAND RECEIVES AND AUGMENTS IGP’S MONITORING UNIT OPERATIVES ON ENFORCEMENT OF POLICE PERSONNEL WITHDRAWAL FROM VIP ESCORT DUTIES IN THE STATE The Anambra State Police Command today 8th December 2025 formally received operatives of the Inspector-General of Police (IGP)’s Monitoring Unit deployed to the state to ensure full implementation of the IGP’s directive on the withdrawal of police personnel from VIP escort and guard duties. The Commissioner of Police CP Ikioye Orutugu fwc mnips PhD reaffirmed the Command’s commitment to supporting the IGP’s reform efforts targeted at enhancing professionalism, discipline, and optimal deployment of police manpower nationwide. The CP noted that the withdrawal of these officers will help to strengthen public policing, improve response capacity, and ensure that more personnel are available for core policing duties across the state.  RCCG Governing Council will hold meetings on the moon, says Adeboye 


 The General Overseer of the Redeemed Christian Church of God (RCCG), Pastor Enoch Adeboye, has claimed that God revealed to him that soon the church's Governing Council meetings will be held on the moon.


According to Adeboye, the revelation was directly from God and he has no doubt that it will come to pass.


The cleric was speaking to  members at a recent church programme.


It has since then sparked interest and curiosity among church members and the general public. 


While some may view it as a metaphorical or spiritual message, others may interpret it as a literal prediction.


Adeboye said: "I am not doubting God, i know with him all things are possible. He told me, i told some of my people. He told me that a day is coming that when the Redeemed Christian Church of God (RCCG) Governing Council wants to hold their meeting, they'll hold it on the moon. I know it doesn't make sense, but then, that's God. 


"When God says we're going to be holding our governing council meetings on the moon, you don't have to believe it, but he has spoken and it will come to pass."
