 TROOPS OF OPERATION UDO KA UNCOVER SHALLOW GRAVE, EXHUME REMAINS OF LATE COMMUNITY LEADER IN IMO STATE Troops of 34 Artillery Brigade, operating under Operation UDO KA and through the ongoing Operation EASTERN SANITY II, have achieved another significant breakthrough with the recovery and dignified exhumation of the remains of the late Chief Ibe Anyadu of Aggah Community. Chief Anyadu was allegedly murdered by suspected members of a criminal gang recently apprehended in connection with violent crimes in the region. This development follows recent intelligence-driven operations that led to the arrest of suspects responsible for the killing of a Nigerian Army soldier and the recovery of stolen service weapons. During interrogation, one of the suspects confessed to involvement in the murder of Chief Anyadu and volunteered to lead troops to the burial site.  NDC: Aisha Yesufu rejected House of Reps ticket – Dickson


National Leader of the Nigeria Democratic Congress, NDC, Seriake Dickson, says he and the party’s presidential candidate, Peter Obi, offered Aisha Yesufu a House of Representatives ticket, but she turned it down.


Dickson made this disclosure while speaking at the party’s stakeholders’ meeting in Abuja.


This comes following the recent internal political wranglings within the party.


Recall that Yesufu in a post on her verified X handle on Thursday said Dickson seems to be fighting a war no one is waging against him.


“Now, talking about the FCT, do you know that Peter Obi and I offered Aisha Yesufu a House of Representatives ticket, but she turned it down?


“House of Representatives that people are fighting for, she said she’s too big for it,” he said
