 Dolly Parton returns to public eye to celebrate opening day at Dollywood     Dolly Parton made her first public appearance in months to celebrate the opening day of Dollywood in Pigeon Forge, Tennessee, on Friday. The country music icon reflected on the past year, a year after the death of her husband of nearly 60 years, Carl Dean, saying she is “doing good” and has been working to rebuild herself spiritually, emotionally, and physically after grieving and dealing with health issues that kept her from touring. Joined on stage by Dollywood president Eugene Naughton, Parton brought her trademark humor to the crowd, joking about rumors of a new husband while reaffirming her devotion to Dean. She also shared updates on her ongoing projects, including a new Broadway musical and her Dolly’s Life of Many Colors Museum in Nashville. File photo: another man accused of Raping his two daughters         The Nigerian police in Lagos state said it has arrested a 36 year old man who allegedly raped and impregnated his 14 year old daughter.The police public Relations officer in the state,DSP Ngozi Braide,made this known when she addressed the media in Ikeja on Friday.She said the girl had been pregnant for the past two months and that the man claimed to be bewitched.She added that the mother of the girl divorced her father seven years ago.The matter was reported at Meiran police station of the area M police command.The victim told newsmen that her father brought a native doctor who convinced her that sex was part of the treatment to cure her undisclosed sickeness before she was raped.She said '' my father gives me native soap and sponge probably for ritual bath always.He once entered the bathroom with me and had sex with me forcefully.He took me to bed forcefully several times in his room and when i refused,he threatened to kill me with a knife,since then,he had been making love to me under the guise that i will be cured''.This story is very touching.
