 TROOPS OF OPERATION WHIRL STROKE ARREST HIGH PROFILE CRIMINAL IN BENUE COMMUNITY Troops of Operation WHIRL STROKE arrested a high-profile suspected criminal during an intelligence-driven operation in Agasha Village of Guma Local Government Area, Benue State, following a report of an attack on a local resident. The operation was launched on 13 March 2026 after security agencies received credible information regarding an attack on Mr Shaapera Seeta Michael in Agasha Village. Acting swiftly on the report, troops of the Chief of Army Staff (COAS) Intervention Battalion XI deployed under Operation WHIRL STROKE mobilised immediately to the affected area to track down the suspect responsible for the assault. Upon arrival, the troops cordoned the area to prevent the suspect from escaping while conducting a targeted search operation aimed at identifying and apprehending the alleged attacker. 150 0GBARU YOUTHS EMPOWERED BY FIDELIS OGENE MEMORIAL FOUNDATION ,ANAMBRA STATE.

                   The event took place on Sunday March 9,2014 at Atani Anambra state.The event was also inconjuction with the National Directorate of Employment {NDE}.RT.Hon.Emeka Ihediohathe Deputy Speaker of the House of Representatives was present at the event as a special guest .The 150 Ogbaru youths graduated from the Skill Acquisition program which was organised by Fidelis Ogene Memorial Foundation and hundreds of gifts items were also given to the graduates.Not only the 150 youths that benefited from the program but over 350 men,women and physically challenged,also benefited from the empowerment program.I believe Hon Ogene is a shining example and others that have the means to help their community,they should do so.More pictures below.
