French lover: While Kanye does have a flat in Paris he doesn't live there full time             The couple have just discovered that French law requires at least one of them to remain in France for at least 40 days before the wedding.They only found out when the France required a residency requirement prior to the marriage.Kanye has an apartment in Paris,but he doesn't live there full time so they have to reschedule the wedding from May 24th to a later date that might be announced later.The French Embassy in Washington DC says ''All marriages must be performed by a French civil authority before any religious ceremony takes place.The Mayor can authorise the Deputy Mayor or a city councilor to perform the ceremony in the town in which one of the parties to be married has resided for at least 40 days preceding the marriage.These requirements cannot be waived ''.They will also only be able to have the religious ceremony after the civil one has taken place.                                                                                                                 Working hard: While Kanye has been planning the wedding, Kim has been working on her figurePostponed: Kanye has delayed the Australian leg of his tour - many think it's due to his impending wedding
