 Dolly Parton returns to public eye to celebrate opening day at Dollywood     Dolly Parton made her first public appearance in months to celebrate the opening day of Dollywood in Pigeon Forge, Tennessee, on Friday. The country music icon reflected on the past year, a year after the death of her husband of nearly 60 years, Carl Dean, saying she is “doing good” and has been working to rebuild herself spiritually, emotionally, and physically after grieving and dealing with health issues that kept her from touring. Joined on stage by Dollywood president Eugene Naughton, Parton brought her trademark humor to the crowd, joking about rumors of a new husband while reaffirming her devotion to Dean. She also shared updates on her ongoing projects, including a new Broadway musical and her Dolly’s Life of Many Colors Museum in Nashville. French lover: While Kanye does have a flat in Paris he doesn't live there full time             The couple have just discovered that French law requires at least one of them to remain in France for at least 40 days before the wedding.They only found out when the France required a residency requirement prior to the marriage.Kanye has an apartment in Paris,but he doesn't live there full time so they have to reschedule the wedding from May 24th to a later date that might be announced later.The French Embassy in Washington DC says ''All marriages must be performed by a French civil authority before any religious ceremony takes place.The Mayor can authorise the Deputy Mayor or a city councilor to perform the ceremony in the town in which one of the parties to be married has resided for at least 40 days preceding the marriage.These requirements cannot be waived ''.They will also only be able to have the religious ceremony after the civil one has taken place.                                                                                                                 Working hard: While Kanye has been planning the wedding, Kim has been working on her figurePostponed: Kanye has delayed the Australian leg of his tour - many think it's due to his impending wedding
