Kandi Burruss has hit back at her ex-husband Todd Tucker after the latter went public with intimate claims about their marriage. Now, the RHOA star says his latest move proves she was right to walk away. The former couple's private life is now playing out in public, with Burruss refusing to let Tucker's revelations go unanswered. The couple have just discovered that French law requires at least one of them to remain in France for at least 40 days before the wedding.They only found out when the France required a residency requirement prior to the marriage.Kanye has an apartment in Paris,but he doesn't live there full time so they have to reschedule the wedding from May 24th to a later date that might be announced later.The French Embassy in Washington DC says ''All marriages must be performed by a French civil authority before any religious ceremony takes place.The Mayor can authorise the Deputy Mayor or a city councilor to perform the ceremony in the town in which one of the parties to be married has resided for at least 40 days preceding the marriage.These requirements cannot be waived ''.They will also only be able to have the religious ceremony after the civil one has taken place.
