 Dolly Parton returns to public eye to celebrate opening day at Dollywood     Dolly Parton made her first public appearance in months to celebrate the opening day of Dollywood in Pigeon Forge, Tennessee, on Friday. The country music icon reflected on the past year, a year after the death of her husband of nearly 60 years, Carl Dean, saying she is “doing good” and has been working to rebuild herself spiritually, emotionally, and physically after grieving and dealing with health issues that kept her from touring. Joined on stage by Dollywood president Eugene Naughton, Parton brought her trademark humor to the crowd, joking about rumors of a new husband while reaffirming her devotion to Dean. She also shared updates on her ongoing projects, including a new Broadway musical and her Dolly’s Life of Many Colors Museum in Nashville. 2 POLICEMEN DEAD IN FESTAC AFTER BEING MOBBED BY OKADA MEN.

               A sergent ans an inspector,called Bashiru were attacked when they attempted to seize some motorcycles at Aso Rock in Festac town lagos.The police officers raided the place located at 7th Avenue,72 road at about 1.30am to seize commercial motorcycles parked inside the compound by owners who reside there.The four officers who went on the operation on tuesday were overpowered and disarmed.While two of them were clubbed to death,the other two escaped.After the mob action,accupants of the large compound fled.An eye witness said the men came in a police van and forced themselves into the compound and started carting motorcycles into the van at the time of the night.When efforts by the residents to stop the policemen failed,they decided to attack the officers.No one knows if the operation is illegal or not.Police later came to carry the dead bodies of the two police.
