 INDEPENDENT CORRUPT PRACTICES AND OTHER RELATED OFFENCES COMMISSION (ICPC) Tuesday 16th December, 2025 MEDIA RELEASE The Independent Corrupt Practices and Other Related Offences Commission (ICPC) writes to confirm that it received a formal petition today Tuesday 16th December, 2025 from Alhaji Aliko Dangote through his lawyer. GOVERNOR FASHOLA,REDUCES THE COST OF LAND TRANSACTIONS IN LAGOS STATE.

              Yesterday monday,Lagos state Governor Raji Fashola,passed into law an executive bill,reducing the cost of land transactions in Lagos state.EXECUTIVE ORDER EO/BRF/001 OR 2015,states that ''Unless otherwise indicated,the valuation of landed property for the determination of tax and other charges payable shall be by reference to the statement of fair market value,produced by relevant professionals,adopted by the state Government and published from time to time in the official government Gazette''.The order which takes immediate effect,reduces consent fee from 6% to 1.5%,while capital Gain tax,which was previously 2% is now 0.5%,while Registration fees has been reduced from 3 percent to 0.5%.Well i believe this new bill will make a big difference during land registration.

Innoson Gives Out Brand New IVM G5 and Salary For Life To The Man Who Prophesied About His Vehicle Manufacturing In 1979.  Last Saturday, July 22nd the Chairman of Innoson Vehicle Manufacturing Company Ltd, Chief Dr Innocent Ifediaso Chukwuma OFR gave out a brand new Innoson IVM G5 to Mr Ikechukwu Osakwe popularly known as Osabros who prophesied to him in 1979 that he would be the first man in Africa to manufacture vehicles and sell to different African countries.  The prophecy was given at the period the then Innocent Chukwuma could not boast of a car, talk less of manufacturing one.
