 An Indiana man has been arrested when a toddler was found suffering from frostbite and hypothermia after neighbors reported the child was wandering around in only a diaper. Police in Greenfield, Indiana, were called to the Prairie Meadow apartment complex at approximately 3 p.m. on Monday, December 15th. They had received reports of a toddler "wandering around the complex in only a diaper while outside temps were a freezing 13 degrees".  When officers arrived, they quickly located the toddler and placed them in a warm vehicle until EMS arrived. It would soon be discovered that the child was suffering from hypothermia and had frostbite on their fingers and toes. After making sure the child was safe, officers began to investigate the scene. They were able to locate footprints that seemed to indicate the child had been walking around outside for quite a while. FOREIGNERS ARE BANNED FROM PARTICIPATING IN NORTH KOREA'S PYONGYANG MARATHON,#EBOLA.

              According to some traveling agencies,they said that North Korea had banned foreigners from participating in the 2015 Pyongyang marathon because of the fear of Ebola virus.The Ebola virus outbreak in some part of Africa,had killed thousands of people and North Korea is afraid that by allowing foreigners to participate,there might be an outbreak in their country,since the game attracts people all over the world.The Pyongyang marathon will take place April 12,2015.Sources said ''North Korea began by enforcing strict travel restrictions on incoming tourists including a 21-day quarantine''.Well sorry to those who planned to participate,but Ebola virus is not a joke,and i don't blame North Korea for being strict.More photos below.
