 Catholic priest reportedly klled in Kogi  A Catholic priest, Rev. Fr. Samuel Opeyemi Oyetoro, has been reportedly killed by unknown assailants in Ajaokuta, Kogi State. According to reports, the priest was stabbed multiple times along Ajaokuta road on Wednesday, 29th July 2026. His body was found dumped at the roadside.  Rev. Fr. Oyetoro was born in Egbe, Yagba West Local Government Area of Kogi State and a native of Ayetoro in Ijumu Local Government Area.  Until his death, he served as a priest at St. Mary’s Catholic Church, Egbe.                                                                                It was a day of joy as Barrister Yemisi David {Mrs Ode},got married to her boyfriend of 7 years at Sacred Heart Catholic Church and the reception took place at Ogra Recreation Centre,a posh centre located at Ogudu GRA,Lagos state.All her friends and relatives from far and wide came for the wedding.The wedding started in the morning with the engagement ceremony,then later she changed from her traditional attire to her white gown for the church wedding.Though she changed to a third dress but i did not stay to the end of the occasion,to see the third dress.I wish her a happy married life.More photos below.
