 TEAM LAGOS EMERGES TOP AT 23RD NATIONAL SPORTS FESTIVAL SOUTH WEST ELIMINATION Lagos State athletes proved their dominance in the South West by edging out regional competitors and emerging top in the five team events contested at the elimination series qualifier for the 23rd National Sports Festival later this year in Enugu. The elimination series featured team events in volleyball, basketball, football, beach volleyball, and cricket in male and female categories. While the team clinched only the female football ticket by topping their group, they showed dominance in three other sports by winning both the male and female tickets. Team Lagos took first position in the volleyball male and female categories. The male team defeated their counterparts from Ondo in the finals by 25-18, 24-26, 25-20, and 25-20, while the female team defeated Team Oyo by 25-18, 22-25, 28-26, 16-25, and 15-8.                                                              I am not writing these piece to insult any woman that have scrapped their hair because of one illness or the other,but i am referring to those women that scrapped their hair,all in the name of fashion or they feel they are now matured enough not to rock the long hair again.The truth is i have never seen a lady that scrapped her hair that really good,instead i see them struggling to look beautiful again with different products like dye,makeup etc.You can reduce the burden of long hair just by reducing the length either by half or to hair rollers size.Now for all those that scrapped their hair because of fashion,people might not want to tell you the truth,but the truth is,the out ward beauty of a woman is attached to her hair,followed by her eyes.These are the disadvantage of scrapping your hair,they are {1}It makes you look mean,no matter how babyish your face look,{2}It makes you apply heavy makeup to look like a woman again,{3}You might not be attractive to the opposite sex,{4}Your beauty might fade away and {5} Your religion might be put in question.I prefer you go natural by weaving your hair different styles than shaving off all your hair.More photo below.
