 Catholic priest reportedly klled in Kogi  A Catholic priest, Rev. Fr. Samuel Opeyemi Oyetoro, has been reportedly killed by unknown assailants in Ajaokuta, Kogi State. According to reports, the priest was stabbed multiple times along Ajaokuta road on Wednesday, 29th July 2026. His body was found dumped at the roadside.  Rev. Fr. Oyetoro was born in Egbe, Yagba West Local Government Area of Kogi State and a native of Ayetoro in Ijumu Local Government Area.  Until his death, he served as a priest at St. Mary’s Catholic Church, Egbe. VIEW THE BABY THAT SURVIVED THE SOUTH SUDAN PLANE CRASH ON WEDNESDAY.

           A survivor of the South Sudan plane crash,a one year old Nyalou Thong was found lying on the chest of an unconscious man also injured in the crash.The infant is undergoing treatment in Juba Teaching Hospital.The UN mission in South Sudan has provided a diving team to search the River Nile adjacent to the crash site.The plane crashed on the 4th of November 2015 and it is Russian Antonov-12 B plane,living chunks of wreckage,bodies and cargo strewn along a bank of the White Nile River. About 41 people lost their lives and the plane crashed after taking off from the airport in South Sudan's capital.More photos below      .
