Peter Obi lies like fish drinking water –Festus Keyamo Minister of Aviation, Festus Keyamo, has accused the 2027 Nigeria Democratic Congress (NDC) presidential candidate, Peter Obi, of deliberately fabricating claims regarding a recent airport incident. Speaking during an interview on Channels Television’s ‘Politics Today’ on Thursday night, July 30, Keyamo alleged that Obi lied about his experience at the airport to score political points. “That man was lying. He lies like a fish drinking water. He lies. He lies for fun,” Keyamo stated. The Minister noted that Obi had publicly complained of facing harassment from airport officials strictly due to his opposition status. According to the Nigerian Police Public Relations Officer Mr Asinim Butswat an ASP,who spoke with NAN today in Yenagoa said the Command had received report of clash by rival groups which disrupted the electoral process in the area.He said one person was injured during the clash,while the police arrested some suspects in the process.''We have made some arrests and normalcy has been restored in the area.Security reinforcement was sent to Oporoma and we can say that the electoral process had commenced there''.He further state that the information available to the police showed that no life was lost during the clash.He said that accreditation had commenced in some parts of the area,and the governorship election in these areas had been peaceful while security agents were on high alert to check any breach of the law.One more photo below.
