DEVELOPING STORY: Man Found Unconscious After Allegedly Throwing Children From Storey Building in Aba A man was reportedly found unconscious but still breathing after allegedly falling from a storey building at New Phase of Umuobe by Barracks, Opobo Road, Obignwa, Abia State. The incident, which occurred on Thursday, has caused panic among residents of the area. Eyewitnesses told Magic FM Aba that the man allegedly threw two of his children from the building before attempting to throw down his wife. However, the circumstances surrounding the incident remain unclear. The two children were reportedly rushed to a hospital for medical attention. As of the time of filing this report, Magic FM Aba could not independently confirm their condition or whether they survived the fall. The man, who sustained an injury to the head, was still lying in front of his house and had yet to receive assistance as of the time of this report. According to sources,32 Egyptian Judges were forced to retire yesterday monday by the Egyptian Supreme Judicial Council for having opposed the army's ouster of Islamist President Mohamed Morsi in 2013.Sources said Morsi was overthrown by then army Chief who is now the President Abdel Fattah al-Sisi,and since then,the country's authorities have cracked down on all forms of dissent,including secularists and liberals.Last week the council had taken similar action against 15 other judges for the same reason.The judges have been on suspension since March 2015 after a lower panel of the council ordered that they be sent into retirement.Yesterday monday,the council upheld that order.The council said that some of the judges openly declared their opposition to Morsi's ousters at the time in a signed statement at Cairo's Rabaa al-Adawiya Square.One more photo below.
