Catholic priest reportedly klled in Kogi A Catholic priest, Rev. Fr. Samuel Opeyemi Oyetoro, has been reportedly killed by unknown assailants in Ajaokuta, Kogi State. According to reports, the priest was stabbed multiple times along Ajaokuta road on Wednesday, 29th July 2026. His body was found dumped at the roadside. Rev. Fr. Oyetoro was born in Egbe, Yagba West Local Government Area of Kogi State and a native of Ayetoro in Ijumu Local Government Area. Until his death, he served as a priest at St. Mary’s Catholic Church, Egbe. The full circumstances surrounding the incident are still unclear, and authorities are yet to issue a comprehensive official statement. According to sources,cinemas across South Africa will be screening 'Sarafina' free of charge today thursday 16th June as South Africa marks the 40 th year of the Soweto uprising on the day of the youth.The moving story that has been watched by millions of Africans is based on the Soweto uprising of 16th June 1976.Local television channels have also slated different times to show the classical movie.In a statement,producer Anant Sing said ''Sarafina!
