 Dolly Parton returns to public eye to celebrate opening day at Dollywood     Dolly Parton made her first public appearance in months to celebrate the opening day of Dollywood in Pigeon Forge, Tennessee, on Friday. The country music icon reflected on the past year, a year after the death of her husband of nearly 60 years, Carl Dean, saying she is “doing good” and has been working to rebuild herself spiritually, emotionally, and physically after grieving and dealing with health issues that kept her from touring. Joined on stage by Dollywood president Eugene Naughton, Parton brought her trademark humor to the crowd, joking about rumors of a new husband while reaffirming her devotion to Dean. She also shared updates on her ongoing projects, including a new Broadway musical and her Dolly’s Life of Many Colors Museum in Nashville. THE EFCC HAS CALLED ON NIGERIAN STUDENTS TODAY,TO BUY INTO THE WAR AGAINST CORRUPTION & FINANCIAL CRIMES IN NIGERIA.{PHOTOS}.

                  The EFCC has called on Nigerian students to buy into the war against corruption,economic and financial crimes in Nigeria.The plea was made today,July 12,2016,when National Association of Management and Business Administration Students,Adamawa State University,Mubi,Adamawa state,paid the Commission a courtesy call at the EFCC Academy,Karu,Abuja.The Commandant of the Academy who was represented by Abiodun Adebanjo,welcomed the students and told them that the Commission has the mandate of Preventing,Investigating and Prosecution of all cases of economic and financial crimes in Nigeria.Head,Enlightenment and Re-orientation Unit,who was represented by Zainab .B. Tifi explained that the unit is responsible for preventive mandate of the Commission and this mandate is carried out by sensitizing the publics on the ills of corruption by enlightenment and re-orientation of the masses through a well designed programmes meant for different categories of people in Nigeria.Francis Micheal who led the students,expressed appreciation to the Commission for giving the students the needed information required to make them better future leaders of this country.
