Terrifying new dashcam footage shows moment doomed NBC helicopter falls out of the sky The terrifying moment an NBC helicopter fell out of the sky and plunged into the ground near where an SUV had slammed into a Metro bus was caught on dashcam. The video, obtained by KTLA, shows the helicopter descending, caught from afar on the vehicle camera of Yera Valencia. She said: “I downloaded the video of my dashcam. It’s a little dot on the video. It’s a crisp video and it just goes down.” She added: “God, it’s so close, it could have happened to anyone. My parents walk down the street.” The two back-to-back Tuesday night crashes resulted in five deaths — two involving the bus and SUV, and three as a result of the chopper going down, killing reporter Eliana Moreno, pilot George Marciniw and pedestrian Edy Gutierrez Mejia.
According to sources,Charmian Carr,who played Liesl in the film Sound of Music died at the age of 73.She died in Los Angeles on saturday after complications from a rare form of dementia.In her role in the 1965 film where she play the role of the eldest daughter to Captain Von Trapp,she famously performed the song Sixteen Going on Seventeen.After leaving the film industry,Carr ran an interior design firm in California.Her mother had arranged for her to audition for the role,although she had no singing or acting lessons.Carr later wrote two books on her experience ''Forever Liesl and Letters to Liesl'' and she frequently appeared at events commemorating the movie.Her only other major role was in the Stephen Sondheim television musical Evening Primrose.I watched the Sound of Music growing up and I even titled my first music album Sounds of Music just because of this movie and I watch this movie every saturday.May her soul rest in perfect peace,AMEN.more photos below,.
