 STATEHOUSE PRESS RELEASE   President Tinubu Reconstitutes the Board of the Nigerian Electricity Regulatory Commission   President Bola Ahmed Tinubu has approved the reconstitution of the Board of the Nigerian Electricity Regulatory Commission (NERC), following the Senate's confirmation of its members on December 16.   Members of the reconstituted Board are:   • Mulisiu Olalekan Oseni, PhD. — Chairman   Dr Oseni started his service as a Commissioner in January 2017. He was subsequently appointed Vice Chairman of the Commission.   His appointment as Chairman took effect from 1 December 2025 and shall subsist until the completion of his ten-year tenure at the Commission, in accordance with the provisions of the Electricity Act, 2023.   • Yusuf Ali, PhD. — Vice Chairman   Dr Ali was first appointed as a Commissioner in February 2022. 200 DIED YESTERDAY IN A CHURCH BUILDING COLLAPSE IN AKWA IBOM STATE+LUCKLY THE GOVERNOR ESCAPED DEATH.{PHOTOS}.

Image result for akwa ibom building collapse                       Yesterday saturday the Governor of Akwa Ibom State,Mr Udom Emmanuel,narrowly escaped death as the building of Reigners Bible Chuech Int'l Inc,along Uyo Village Road,Uyo,the state capital,collapsed during service.The incident left about 200 worshippers dead.Sources said it took the efforts of the governor's security officers to whisk him away to safety.He was said to have sustained a minor injury.The governor was in the church attending the ordination of the church's Presiding Pasto,Bishop Elect Akan Weeks,when the building gave way few minutes before offering period.One of the aides,who rescued the governor,was said to have died at a nearby hospital where he was rushed to.A security who spoke to pressmen but did not want to be named,said many dignitaries who accompanied the governor to the church also died.Chief Press Secretary to the Governor,Ekerette Udoh,also sustained serious injury.It was gathered that construction works on a section where the ordination held were rushed because of saturday's event.The church has an estimated 10,000-seater capacity.Two cranes belonging to construction giant,Julius Berger,were used to clear the debris.May those who lost their lives yesterday rest in peace,Amen.More photos below.

Innoson Gives Out Brand New IVM G5 and Salary For Life To The Man Who Prophesied About His Vehicle Manufacturing In 1979.  Last Saturday, July 22nd the Chairman of Innoson Vehicle Manufacturing Company Ltd, Chief Dr Innocent Ifediaso Chukwuma OFR gave out a brand new Innoson IVM G5 to Mr Ikechukwu Osakwe popularly known as Osabros who prophesied to him in 1979 that he would be the first man in Africa to manufacture vehicles and sell to different African countries.  The prophecy was given at the period the then Innocent Chukwuma could not boast of a car, talk less of manufacturing one.
