 Adidas CEO Calls Surfeit of Pink Boots at World Cup an 'Accident' Adidas Chief Executive Officer Bjorn Gulden has addressed the overwhelming presence of pink football boots at the World Cup, describing the visual uniformity across competing sportswear brands as an unintentional coincidence. Speaking during a press conference covering the company’s quarterly financial results, Gulden responded to inquiries regarding the unusual dominance of identical footwear shades worn by top players throughout the tournament. An Unintended Overlap Across Brands "It was an accident," Gulden acknowledged when questioned about the monochromatic trend on the field.                         A lady in her early 30s was on wednesday caught at Elepe,Ikorodu,Lagos.She was allegedly caught trying to take a child from her mother's room.The child's mother caught her chanting incantations on the child so she had to call the people around who helped her in holding the woman.After much beating and interrogation,she confessed that a man sent her,that she is always given N500,000 per child.The suspect was later taken to the police station.One more photo below.
