  DEVELOPING STORY: Man Found Unconscious After Allegedly Throwing Children From Storey Building in Aba A man was reportedly found unconscious but still breathing after allegedly falling from a storey building at New Phase of Umuobe by Barracks, Opobo Road, Obignwa, Abia State. The incident, which occurred on Thursday, has caused panic among residents of the area. Eyewitnesses told Magic FM Aba that the man allegedly threw two of his children from the building before attempting to throw down his wife. However, the circumstances surrounding the incident remain unclear. The two children were reportedly rushed to a hospital for medical attention. As of the time of filing this report, Magic FM Aba could not independently confirm their condition or whether they survived the fall. The man, who sustained an injury to the head, was still lying in front of his house and had yet to receive assistance as of the time of this report.         The Ekiti State Governor says his fulfilment of his electioneering promises is responsible for the rousing welcome accorded him at Ijero Ekiti.
He made this known during an interview after the inauguration of the One point One kilometers Ijero dualized township roads with street lights.
He noted that his passion for development of the rural areas across the state made him embarked on the project despite economic recession in the country. He appealed to them to protect and maintain the infrastructure.
Chief Fayose urged Ijero Ekiti people to support Prof Kolapo Olushola to succeed him in order to continue the good works.
The Governor also commissioned an auditorium at the College of Health Technology, Ijero Ekitias part of activities marking his 3rd anniversary in office.
Lamenting that paucity of fund had left the institution under-funded, Mr. Fayose commended the provost, Mr. Bayo Ojo for making judicious use of available resources.
The governor who expressed sadness at not being able to fulfil his earlier promise of tarring some roads in the school vowed to write his name in gold before he times out of office in 2018.
"I am not happy I couldn't fulfil my promise to tar the roads in this school, I am not happy at all, but as the Lord liveth, come what may, I will do that before the end of my tenure in 2018", Fayose said.The governor advised students to steer clear of vices such as prostitution, cultism and drug abuse saying these acts are highway to destruction.More photos below.
