A MANHUNT IS UNDERWAY FOR MAN WHO SHOT A GRANITE CITY POLICE OFFICER MULTIPLE TIMES.(PHOTO).

  A manhunt is underway for man who shot a Granite City Police Officer multiple times. Officers in Granite City, Illinois, responded to a call regarding a unwanted subject near the 2000 block of Johnson Road at 2:20 p.m. on Friday, December 5th. Upon arrival, officers attempted to make contact with the suspect. The suspect opened fire on officers before fleeing the scene.  Unfortunately, one officer was struck multiple times. The officer was rushed to a St. Louis University Hospital. He is expected to make a full recovery.  A massive manhunt is now underway to locate the suspect. Authorities warn the public that the man is considered armed and dangerous.       Yesterday in an official statement,Prince Harry and Meghan Markle are expecting their first child.
The statement reads

The Duke and Duchess of Sussex have arrived in Sydney for #RoyalVisitAustralia.
After a warm welcome from the Governor-General at Admiralty House, The Duke and Duchess met their koala joey namesakes, Harry and Meghan, at Taronga Zoo. The couple then viewed an incredible performance from the Bangarra Dance Company at the Opera House, before meeting members of the public in the shadow of the iconic Sydney Opera House.
