 Catholic priest reportedly klled in Kogi  A Catholic priest, Rev. Fr. Samuel Opeyemi Oyetoro, has been reportedly killed by unknown assailants in Ajaokuta, Kogi State. According to reports, the priest was stabbed multiple times along Ajaokuta road on Wednesday, 29th July 2026. His body was found dumped at the roadside.  Rev. Fr. Oyetoro was born in Egbe, Yagba West Local Government Area of Kogi State and a native of Ayetoro in Ijumu Local Government Area.  Until his death, he served as a priest at St. Mary’s Catholic Church, Egbe. A Nigerian man took to Facebook to share photos of a snake that swallowed another snake in front of his new developing site.
Nnamdi Jordan described the incident as an answered prayer.
He wrote;
My brothers and sisters, this is what I found in front of my new developing site. A snake swallowing another snake. God answers prayers always.One more photo below.
