  DEVELOPING STORY: Man Found Unconscious After Allegedly Throwing Children From Storey Building in Aba A man was reportedly found unconscious but still breathing after allegedly falling from a storey building at New Phase of Umuobe by Barracks, Opobo Road, Obignwa, Abia State. The incident, which occurred on Thursday, has caused panic among residents of the area. Eyewitnesses told Magic FM Aba that the man allegedly threw two of his children from the building before attempting to throw down his wife. However, the circumstances surrounding the incident remain unclear. The two children were reportedly rushed to a hospital for medical attention. As of the time of filing this report, Magic FM Aba could not independently confirm their condition or whether they survived the fall. The man, who sustained an injury to the head, was still lying in front of his house and had yet to receive assistance as of the time of this report. KATSINA RECORDS NINE NEW CASES Of COVID-19.{PHOTO}.

    Katsina state has recorded nine new confirmed cases of COVID-19 bringing the total to 30.
Of the nine fresh confirmed cases, Daura and Katsina Local Government Areas have four cases each with Dutsinma Local Government Area topping the list.
With this development, Katsina state now has a total of 30 cases of COVID-19 patients with 29 active cases and 1 death.
Governor Aminu Masari disclosed this on Sunday during a press briefing at the General Muhammadu Buhari House Katsina.
He said a total of 287 samples have been collected and sent to the National Center For Disease Control (NCDC) last night.
To this end, a total of seven Local Government Areas in the state are currently under lockdown. These include: Daura, Dutsinma, Katsina, Batagarawa, Jibia, Mani and Safana Local Government Areas.
