 IGP DISU PAYS OPERATIONAL VISIT TO  AKWA IBOM, PRESIDES OVER PASSING-OUT CEREMONY OF 1,068 RETRAINED CONSTABLES The Inspector-General of Police, IGP Olatunji Rilwan Disu, psc(+), NPM, today, 30th April 2026, undertook an official visit to Akwa Ibom State, where he paid a courtesy call on the Executive Governor, His Excellency, Pastor Umo Eno, ahead of the passing-out ceremony of retrained Police Constables in Uyo. LASG ANNOUNCES POSTPONEMENT OF PUBLIC SERVICE EXAMINATION.{PHOTO}.#PRESS RELEASE.

     The Lagos State Government, through the State Examinations Board, has announced the indefinite postponement of the Public Service Examination earlier scheduled to hold from Tuesday, 7th April to Tuesday, 14th April, 2020.
According to a statement signed and issued by the Director, Lagos State Examinations Board, Mr. Supo Gbadegesin, the postponement was a sequel to the Head of Service Circulars: CIR/HOS/’20/Vol. 1/037 dated 20th March, 2020 on curtailing the spread of COVID-19 in Alausa Secretariat and other Government Establishments.
Gbadegesin added that information on the suspension was also contained in “CIR/HOS/’20/Vol. 1/038 dated 20th March, 2020 on Postponement of the Year 2020 Promotion Exercise and Suspension of State Programmes occasioned by the need to take precautionary measures against the Pandemic Corona Virus (COVID 19)”.
He reiterated that as soon as the restriction order by Federal and State Governments are lifted and approval is obtained from the appropriate authorities, the new dates would be duly communicated.

Innoson Gives Out Brand New IVM G5 and Salary For Life To The Man Who Prophesied About His Vehicle Manufacturing In 1979.  Last Saturday, July 22nd the Chairman of Innoson Vehicle Manufacturing Company Ltd, Chief Dr Innocent Ifediaso Chukwuma OFR gave out a brand new Innoson IVM G5 to Mr Ikechukwu Osakwe popularly known as Osabros who prophesied to him in 1979 that he would be the first man in Africa to manufacture vehicles and sell to different African countries.  The prophecy was given at the period the then Innocent Chukwuma could not boast of a car, talk less of manufacturing one.
