 Dolly Parton returns to public eye to celebrate opening day at Dollywood     Dolly Parton made her first public appearance in months to celebrate the opening day of Dollywood in Pigeon Forge, Tennessee, on Friday. The country music icon reflected on the past year, a year after the death of her husband of nearly 60 years, Carl Dean, saying she is “doing good” and has been working to rebuild herself spiritually, emotionally, and physically after grieving and dealing with health issues that kept her from touring. Joined on stage by Dollywood president Eugene Naughton, Parton brought her trademark humor to the crowd, joking about rumors of a new husband while reaffirming her devotion to Dean. She also shared updates on her ongoing projects, including a new Broadway musical and her Dolly’s Life of Many Colors Museum in Nashville.      On 09/05/2020, the Assistant Commissioner of Police incharge of Operations Anambra State Police Command *ACP David Iloyanomon* paid a routine visit to JTF deployed to Omor and Umumbo communities where Communal crisis occured recently.The ACP conveyed the massage of the Commissioner of Police *CP John B.Abang,fdc* to the officers and men and lectured them to be professional in their conduct and maintain high level of discipline. He also boosted their Morale and left them in high spirit.
Consequently,the officer equally addressed the youths and vigilante members of the two communities involved in the recent conflict following a rumour of renewed clash being pedled by mischief makers which was discovered to be false.He admonished the people to maintain peace and adhere to the resolution reached by Ayamelum Leaders of thought to lay down their arms, embrace peace,and allow free passage to their opponents to access their farm lands without hindrance or molestation.
Meanwhile,the Area is relatively calm and normalcy restored.Joint patrol still ongoing in order to avert any further breakdown of law and order in the Area please.
