 Dolly Parton returns to public eye to celebrate opening day at Dollywood     Dolly Parton made her first public appearance in months to celebrate the opening day of Dollywood in Pigeon Forge, Tennessee, on Friday. The country music icon reflected on the past year, a year after the death of her husband of nearly 60 years, Carl Dean, saying she is “doing good” and has been working to rebuild herself spiritually, emotionally, and physically after grieving and dealing with health issues that kept her from touring. Joined on stage by Dollywood president Eugene Naughton, Parton brought her trademark humor to the crowd, joking about rumors of a new husband while reaffirming her devotion to Dean. She also shared updates on her ongoing projects, including a new Broadway musical and her Dolly’s Life of Many Colors Museum in Nashville. BREAKING: Dan Foster, popular radio personality, is dead
  According to sources, the veteran radio host died around 1pm on Wednesday.
“He died today around 1pm. His wife is currently at the isolation centre in Yaba as we speak,” said the source.
While the cause of his death is yet to be confirmed — as of the time this report was filed — immediate suspicion is that he died of COVID-19, the respiratory disease caused by coronavirus.
Prior to his demise, Foster, who is well known among his fans as ‘The Big Dawg’ and ‘Top Dawg’, worked with Cool FM, Inspiration FM, City FM and Classic FM.
He was a judge on ‘Nigeria’s Got Talent’ alongside Kate Henshaw, a Nollywood actress, and Yibo Koko, a comedian.
The radio personality was also a former judge of ‘Idols West Africa’ series. He held a similar position with the ‘Got Talent’ franchise.
Foster passed away days after Ibidun Ighodalo, wife of Ituah Ighodalo, senior pastor of Trinity House Church in Lagos, died of heart attack in her sleep while in Port Harcourt, capital of Rivers state.
Quite a number of Nigerians, including celebrities, have taken to social media platforms to pay their last respect as words of the radio host’s death spread.One more photo below.
