 NDLEA dismantles Abuja drug bunks, arrests 132, recovers 220kg illicit substances  -Marwa hails operation, vows to sustain crackdown in FCT, other states  In a non-stop two-week offensive action against traffickers and dealers, operatives of the National Drug Law Enforcement Agency (NDLEA) have successfully dismantled several drug joints and bunks within and around the Federal Capital Territory (FCT) Abuja where a total of 132 suspects were arrested and 220 kilograms of assorted illicit substances recovered. The wel-coordinated raids jointly conducted by the Agency's Directorate of Operations and General Investigation (DOGI) and the FCT Strategic Command from llth to 25th April 2026 were launched to dismantle illicit drug hubs contributing to substance abuse, trafficking, and associated criminal activities in the capital city after weeks of intelligence and surveillance across all identified hotspots.  Anambra State government vows to flush out cartel and Mafias, others

    His Excellency Chief Dr Willie Obiano and the members of the Executive Council have approved the gradual resumption of schools in the state. To this end, the Ministry of Basic Education hereby releases the approved timetable for the completion of 2019/2020 Academic session, as well as the schedule for the State Examinations.

The 3rd term is quite short and we expect schools to make maximum use of the time. We had continued to teach our children at home through various e-platforms including the Anambra State Teaching on Air. These various platforms shall be continued as we do a phased re-opening of schools and watch the health implication.
We enjoin parents to provide hand sanitizers and face masks for children.
Let’s work together for the safety of all.

Innoson Gives Out Brand New IVM G5 and Salary For Life To The Man Who Prophesied About His Vehicle Manufacturing In 1979.  Last Saturday, July 22nd the Chairman of Innoson Vehicle Manufacturing Company Ltd, Chief Dr Innocent Ifediaso Chukwuma OFR gave out a brand new Innoson IVM G5 to Mr Ikechukwu Osakwe popularly known as Osabros who prophesied to him in 1979 that he would be the first man in Africa to manufacture vehicles and sell to different African countries.  The prophecy was given at the period the then Innocent Chukwuma could not boast of a car, talk less of manufacturing one.
