 WAFCON 2026: Oshoala Goal Rescues 10-Man Super Falcons in Gritty Win Over Zambia Nigeria's Super Falcons revived their Women’s Africa Cup of Nations (WAFCON) title defense with a hard-fought 1-0 victory over Zambia on Saturday, bouncing back from their disappointing opening-day loss to Malawi. The decisive moment of the match came early in the first half. Star forward Asisat Oshoala found the back of the net in the eighth minute, giving head coach Justin Madugu’s side a crucial lead. VESSEL,FIVE SUSPECTED ILLEGAL OIL DEALERS ARRESTED IN LAGOS.{PHOTO}.#PRESS RELEASE.

A Vessel, MV Kamsi and its crew of five, arrested by officers of the Nigerian Navy Ship, NNS Beecroft, Apapa, Lagos for illegal dealing in petroleum product, were on Wednesday, January 27, 2021 handed over to the Lagos Zonal Office of the Economic and Financial Crimes Commission, EFCC for further investigation and possible prosecution.
The crew members are: Ugochukwu Obasi, Christian Nwaigwe, Ekundayo Segun, Kadiri Jimoh and Olamide Koledoye
According to the Navy, the vessel and its crew members were arrested around South West off Lagos Fairway Buoy for illegally being in possession of about 120,000 litres of automotive gas oil, (AGO).
They will be charged to court as soon as investigation is concluded.
