 IGP DISU PAYS OPERATIONAL VISIT TO  AKWA IBOM, PRESIDES OVER PASSING-OUT CEREMONY OF 1,068 RETRAINED CONSTABLES The Inspector-General of Police, IGP Olatunji Rilwan Disu, psc(+), NPM, today, 30th April 2026, undertook an official visit to Akwa Ibom State, where he paid a courtesy call on the Executive Governor, His Excellency, Pastor Umo Eno, ahead of the passing-out ceremony of retrained Police Constables in Uyo. LASG POSTPONES Y2021 ENTRANCE EXAMINATION INTO MODEL COLLEGES, UPGRADED JUNIOR SECONDARY SCHOOLS.{PHOTO}.#PRESS RELEASE

The Lagos State Examinations Board has postponed the Y2021 Entrance Examination (Screening Test) into the State Model Colleges and Upgraded Junior Secondary Schools earlier scheduled to hold from Monday, June 28 to Saturday, July 3, 2021.


A release signed by the Director, Lagos State Examinations Board, Mr. Supo Gbadegesin, stated that the examination has now been rescheduled to hold from Thursday, 15th July to Monday, 19th July, 2021.


He reminded the Parents and Guardians of registered candidates that the examination would be conducted through the Computer-Based Testing method (CBT) only, advising they ensure that their children and wards are well acquainted with the usage of computers.


The Director implored all prospective candidates to take cognisance of the new dates and revisit the Lagos State Examinations Board Portal via: examsboard.lagosstate.gov.ng from Thursday, 1st July, 2021, to print out their Examination Slips for the details of the examination.


While informing the parents and children to adhere strictly to the laid down guidelines and safety protocols of COVID-19 during the conduct of the examination, Gbadegesin wished participants success in the examination.
