  DEVELOPING STORY: Man Found Unconscious After Allegedly Throwing Children From Storey Building in Aba A man was reportedly found unconscious but still breathing after allegedly falling from a storey building at New Phase of Umuobe by Barracks, Opobo Road, Obignwa, Abia State. The incident, which occurred on Thursday, has caused panic among residents of the area. Eyewitnesses told Magic FM Aba that the man allegedly threw two of his children from the building before attempting to throw down his wife. However, the circumstances surrounding the incident remain unclear. The two children were reportedly rushed to a hospital for medical attention. As of the time of filing this report, Magic FM Aba could not independently confirm their condition or whether they survived the fall. The man, who sustained an injury to the head, was still lying in front of his house and had yet to receive assistance as of the time of this report. ATTACK ON NDA: TROOPS GO AFTER BANDITS AS MILITARY VOW TO RESCUE KIDNAPPED OFFICER.{PHOTO}.

After bandits invaded the Nigerian Defence Academy (NDA), located at Afaka permanent site of the institution and killed two personnel with the abduction of another officer on Tuesday morning in Kaduna state, the Military are currently trailing the dare-devil terrorists.


Major Bashir Muhd Jajira, spokesman of the establishment, which is the main institution, for the training of the elite corps of the Nigerian military – army, navy and air force, confirmed that its personnel, had commenced an intense manhunt to apprehend the perpetrators of the high crime.


The pursuit is being done in collaboration with the 1Division Nigerian Army and Air Training Command as well as other security agencies in Kaduna, Jajira, said in a statement, shortly after the news broke, adding that the search was being carried out within the general area with a view to tracking them and rescue the abducted personnel.
