 Dolly Parton returns to public eye to celebrate opening day at Dollywood     Dolly Parton made her first public appearance in months to celebrate the opening day of Dollywood in Pigeon Forge, Tennessee, on Friday. The country music icon reflected on the past year, a year after the death of her husband of nearly 60 years, Carl Dean, saying she is “doing good” and has been working to rebuild herself spiritually, emotionally, and physically after grieving and dealing with health issues that kept her from touring. Joined on stage by Dollywood president Eugene Naughton, Parton brought her trademark humor to the crowd, joking about rumors of a new husband while reaffirming her devotion to Dean. She also shared updates on her ongoing projects, including a new Broadway musical and her Dolly’s Life of Many Colors Museum in Nashville. MACK TANKER FULLY LOADED WITH PMS WAS HIT BY A TIPPER TRUCK TODAY AT LEKKI-EPE EXPRESSWAY.{PHOTO}.#PRESS RELEASE.

There has been an accident involving a Mack Tanker fully laden with 45,000 litres of Petroleum Motor Spirit and a Tipper Truck at Lekki-Epe Expressway, Lagos, today, Sunday, 12th September, 2021.


The tanker, which was reportedly hit by a run-away tipper truck, spilt its content while trying to enter an NNPC Filling Station along the axis.


The incident, which occurred at Majek Bus Stop, inward Sangotedo, Lekki-Epe Expressway, Lagos, has been cordoned off to prevent danger.


The Lagos State Fire and Rescue Service is mitigating the situation with the deployment of Chemical Foam Compound to neutralise petrol from causing a secondary incident.


Motorists and passers-by are hereby advised to tread with utmost caution around this corridor until the evacuation is completed.
