 Kaduna Targets ₦120bn IGR In 2026 — KADIRS Chairman   Kaduna State has set an Internally Generated Revenue (IGR) target of ₦120 billion for the 2026 fiscal year, with the Kaduna State Internal Revenue Service (KADIRS) expected to play a central role in achieving the target. The Executive Chairman of KADIRS, Jerry Adams, FCTI, FNIM, FCE, CNA, disclosed this during the Service’s Annual Performance Review, Work Plan, and Strategic Retreat.  He explained that although the state government approved ₦74 billion as KADIRS’ official revenue target, the Service raised its internal benchmark to ₦80.09 billion to motivate staff to exceed expectations. He further stated that the proposed 2026 budget by the Kaduna State Planning and Budget Commission stands at ₦117.28 billion, with KADIRS expected to generate ₦74.28 billion, while Ministries, Departments, and Agencies (MDAs) are projected to generate ₦43.24 billion. 14 NEWLY PROMOTED OFFERS DECORATED BY MURI,AIG POLICE ZONE 13 UKPO,ANAMBRA STATE. (PHOTOS).


AIG Police Zone 13 Ukpo, Anambra State, Umar Muri, today, 21st January 2022, decorated fourteen officers from the zone who were recently promoted by the Police authority.

The officers include CSP Ndidiamaka Alifi Oguamalam, CSP Ibrahim Jauro, CSP Anthony Adeyi and CSP Mbanefo Regina-Jane, all from Anambra State Police Command.

Others include  DCP Fidelis Ogarabe, DCP Victor Erivwode, ACP Matthew Ezeh, ACP Princewill Ijeoma, ACP Fidelia Okorie and ACP Ukwa Bernard Amaga, all from Enugu State Command.

SP Nkeiruka Nwode, SP Daniel Gamede and SP Gabriel Gamede, all from Police Zone 13 headquarters Ukpo were equally decorated by the AIG at the event.

Decorating the Police officers, AIG Muri charged them to continue to ensure that justice is served to the rich and poor, as well as people of all religious persuasions at all times,  and thanked God and the Police authority for the promotion, which he noted, will help in improving the officers' welfare packages.

While calling for strict supervision in upholding the mandate of the force, the AIG reminded the newly promoted officers that all instructions associated with their new ranks must be strictly adhered to, urging them to be role models to their subordinates.

Thanking the Police authority for considering them worthy of their new ranks, the newly promoted officers, including DCP Ogarabe and CSP Jauro promised to redouble efforts in achieving the mandate of the force, even as the member representing Ekwusigo Constituency, Honourable Onyebuchi Ofor and a philanthropist, Mr. Fidelis Mmaduaburochukwu called on them to justify their new positions with renewed efforts.

Commissioner of Police in Anambra, Echeng Echeng, and his Enugu State counterpart, Lawal Daura attended the ceremony which also has in attendance family members, friends and well-wishers of the newly promoted officers.
