 Kaduna Targets ₦120bn IGR In 2026 — KADIRS Chairman   Kaduna State has set an Internally Generated Revenue (IGR) target of ₦120 billion for the 2026 fiscal year, with the Kaduna State Internal Revenue Service (KADIRS) expected to play a central role in achieving the target. The Executive Chairman of KADIRS, Jerry Adams, FCTI, FNIM, FCE, CNA, disclosed this during the Service’s Annual Performance Review, Work Plan, and Strategic Retreat.  He explained that although the state government approved ₦74 billion as KADIRS’ official revenue target, the Service raised its internal benchmark to ₦80.09 billion to motivate staff to exceed expectations. He further stated that the proposed 2026 budget by the Kaduna State Planning and Budget Commission stands at ₦117.28 billion, with KADIRS expected to generate ₦74.28 billion, while Ministries, Departments, and Agencies (MDAs) are projected to generate ₦43.24 billion. 2023: APC Women Aspirants Urges Uba Sani To Pick Female Running Mate 

Kaduna APC Women Aspirants Forum, are calling on the Governorship candidate of the All Progressives Congres, Senator Uba Sani and the party's leadership to pick a Female running mate and a Female Deputy Director General of the campaign team for the 2023 Gubernatorial election.

The group stated this in a communique after their meeting on Sunday.

"We want to commend our party leadership led by our Honorable Chairman, Air Commodore Emmanuel Jekada and Governor Ahmed Nasir Elrufai's Administration for carrying women along, by appointing an unpresidented number of women. We believe the foundation is laid for women's rights and gender inclusion into the polity, politics and governance of our state. In same vein we are calling on our party leaders and our competent and excellent gubernatorial candidate, Senator Uba Sani to focus on the numerous capable Women we have in Kaduna state when choosing his running mate. 
Any society that is serious about growth and developmental advancement must capitalize on the wealth of skills, capacity and goodwill women bring to the table. Change is constant and the politics of Kaduna, Nigeria and the world is evolving. If our party the All Progressives Congress (APC) is serious about cruising to victory in the next general elections in the State, it won't be a matter of if a woman should be given the deputy Governorship candidacy, but a matter of which woman should fill the position. A woman who will provide the kind of support required to thrive, a woman who will carry other women along and unite us all.
A Female Running Mate guarantees a head start with 1 million votes for our party in a state where women are the majority voters, also nominating a woman as deputy director general of the campaign team will unequivocally identify APC as a women friendly party, thereby making it easier to access and sway the decisive number of women's votes in the forthcoming elections. Our forum consists of 22 women whom have all worked assiduously and meticulously, expending energy and resources in gaining popularity and support towards the primaries, we have the network and attention of women ready to galvanize the necessary support to ascertain our success in the polls if women are carried along in the process leading to our Collective goals in the polls,"says the group.

Innoson Gives Out Brand New IVM G5 and Salary For Life To The Man Who Prophesied About His Vehicle Manufacturing In 1979.  Last Saturday, July 22nd the Chairman of Innoson Vehicle Manufacturing Company Ltd, Chief Dr Innocent Ifediaso Chukwuma OFR gave out a brand new Innoson IVM G5 to Mr Ikechukwu Osakwe popularly known as Osabros who prophesied to him in 1979 that he would be the first man in Africa to manufacture vehicles and sell to different African countries.  The prophecy was given at the period the then Innocent Chukwuma could not boast of a car, talk less of manufacturing one.
