 Catholic priest reportedly klled in Kogi  A Catholic priest, Rev. Fr. Samuel Opeyemi Oyetoro, has been reportedly killed by unknown assailants in Ajaokuta, Kogi State. According to reports, the priest was stabbed multiple times along Ajaokuta road on Wednesday, 29th July 2026. His body was found dumped at the roadside.  Rev. Fr. Oyetoro was born in Egbe, Yagba West Local Government Area of Kogi State and a native of Ayetoro in Ijumu Local Government Area.  Until his death, he served as a priest at St. Mary’s Catholic Church, Egbe. EFCC Arrests 15 Suspected internet Fraudsters in Abuja 

The EFCC on Tuesday, 18 October, 2022, arrests fifteen suspected internet fraudsters.

They were arrested during a sting operation at the River Park Estate, Lugbe, Abuja, after a credible intelligence on their alleged criminal activities.

The suspects are Ameh Sunday, Emanuel Akorede, Olamide Abdulwasiu Abdullahi, Akinola Samuel, Segun George, Adaka Joseph and Odaka Desmond.

Others include Timilehin Adegbola, Atowodu Olaoluwa, Abiodun Samuel, Martins Richard, Pabor Nathan Austen, Israel Kue, Ezeobi Francis and Mpokor Emmanuel.

Items recovered from them include six exotic cars, Laptops and mobile phones.
