  DEVELOPING STORY: Man Found Unconscious After Allegedly Throwing Children From Storey Building in Aba A man was reportedly found unconscious but still breathing after allegedly falling from a storey building at New Phase of Umuobe by Barracks, Opobo Road, Obignwa, Abia State. The incident, which occurred on Thursday, has caused panic among residents of the area. Eyewitnesses told Magic FM Aba that the man allegedly threw two of his children from the building before attempting to throw down his wife. However, the circumstances surrounding the incident remain unclear. The two children were reportedly rushed to a hospital for medical attention. As of the time of filing this report, Magic FM Aba could not independently confirm their condition or whether they survived the fall. The man, who sustained an injury to the head, was still lying in front of his house and had yet to receive assistance as of the time of this report. ICPC Arraigns Polytechnic Lecturer for Allegedly Misappropriating N4.1M

The Independent Corrupt Practices and Other Related Offences Commission (ICPC), Kaduna State office, has arraigned one Mr. Sahabi Dahiru Doka, before Justice Kabiru Dabo of Kaduna State High Court, Zaria, Kaduna State, for allegedly misappropriating the sum of N4,103,214.90 (Four Million, One Hundred and Three Thousand, Two Hundred and Fourteen Naira, Ninety Kobo).

Doka, who allegedly received the sum as salaries from Nuhu Bamalli Polytechnic Zaria as a Lecturer, while being on secondment as Secretary to Kudan Local Government Council of Kaduna State, has been charged on two counts for offences punishable under Section 19 of the Corrupt Practices and Other Related Offences Act, 2000 and Section 293 of the Kaduna State Penal Code Law 2017; and Punishable under Section 294 of the same law.
