 An Indiana man has been arrested when a toddler was found suffering from frostbite and hypothermia after neighbors reported the child was wandering around in only a diaper. Police in Greenfield, Indiana, were called to the Prairie Meadow apartment complex at approximately 3 p.m. on Monday, December 15th. They had received reports of a toddler "wandering around the complex in only a diaper while outside temps were a freezing 13 degrees".  When officers arrived, they quickly located the toddler and placed them in a warm vehicle until EMS arrived. It would soon be discovered that the child was suffering from hypothermia and had frostbite on their fingers and toes. After making sure the child was safe, officers began to investigate the scene. They were able to locate footprints that seemed to indicate the child had been walking around outside for quite a while. Busted:


Chinedu Ike, 25, was rescued from jungle justice by RRS Patrol team sometimes in September, 2022 in Iyana Oworo over the theft of a mobile phone. 


He was beaten to a coma by eyewitnesses before he was rushed to the hospital by the team. He was discharged after some days. 


On Monday, adopting his usual style, he sneaked into a parked car to steal the driver’s mobile phone in Iyana Oworo.


He was arrested by RRS officers when those who knew Chinedu hinted the driver to check his phone.


Our officers recovered the driver’s Infinix Note 10 from Chinedu’s bag.


He has been sentenced.
