DRAMA AS 17-YEAR-OLD BOY ARRESTED FOR ALLEGEDLY IMPREGNATING 10 LADIES IN RIVERS

15th January

The Rivers State Police Command said it arrested a 17-year-old boy, Noble Uzuchi for allegedly impregnating 10 ladies.

This was contained in a statement issued by the command’s spokesperson, Grace Iringe-Koko on Friday.

According to Iringe-Koko, the suspect was arrested alongside his accomplice, Chigozie Ogbonna, 29.

It was gathered that the duo and two other ladies, Favour Bright and Peace Alikoi, were allegedly running a baby factory in the state.

The police spokesperson said investigations revealed that when victims delivered their babies, the syndicate’s leader paid them N500,000 and thereafter sold off the newborn babies. Some of the babies previously delivered in the houses had already been sold.

The Police Public Relations Officer revealed that the 10 pregnant ladies had been rescued after the raid and arrest of the two suspects.
