 Kebbi Govt Donates 10 Hilux Vehicles to Boost Security on Sokoto–Badagry Super Highway  The Kebbi State Government has handed over 10 brand-new Hilux vehicles to the Federal Ministry of Works to strengthen security for personnel working on the Sokoto–Badagry Super Highway project. The vehicles were formally received by the Minister of State for Works, Bello Muhammad Goronyo, who praised Kebbi State Governor, Dr. Nasiru Idris (Kauran Gwandu), for the donation. Goronyo described the gesture as a clear demonstration of the state government’s commitment to protecting workers and contractors on the strategic highway corridor. He explained that the vehicles will be deployed exclusively to security operatives providing cover for construction teams along the section of the super highway passing through Kebbi State. The Sokoto–Badagry Super Highway is a multi-state infrastructure project aimed at improving connectivity and economic activities across northern and southern Nigeria. More...

Positions In Senate Monetized, Competence No Longer Considered -Ndume 


 Senator Ali Ndume representing Borno South has said that with his experience in the Nigerian Parliament, he can be the next President of the Senate but unfortunately, he had no money to share. 

” If I’m rich and can share money as was being done presently to get positions in the Senate, with my experience, I tell you I would’ve become the President of the Senate. There is nothing like considering competence, everything was monetized.Even those who knew nothing about the legislative procedures, simply because they have money, they are now in the hot pursuit for the position of Senate President,” he alleged .

Ndume who spoke in an interview with the BBC Hausa Service monitored by our correspondent on Tuesday, lamented that the system was now something else, integrity and competence were pushed to the foreground while any lawmaker who could afford to buy his way, could easily get the number one position in the Upper  Legislative Chamber.

Innoson Gives Out Brand New IVM G5 and Salary For Life To The Man Who Prophesied About His Vehicle Manufacturing In 1979.  Last Saturday, July 22nd the Chairman of Innoson Vehicle Manufacturing Company Ltd, Chief Dr Innocent Ifediaso Chukwuma OFR gave out a brand new Innoson IVM G5 to Mr Ikechukwu Osakwe popularly known as Osabros who prophesied to him in 1979 that he would be the first man in Africa to manufacture vehicles and sell to different African countries.  The prophecy was given at the period the then Innocent Chukwuma could not boast of a car, talk less of manufacturing one.
