 Dolly Parton returns to public eye to celebrate opening day at Dollywood     Dolly Parton made her first public appearance in months to celebrate the opening day of Dollywood in Pigeon Forge, Tennessee, on Friday. The country music icon reflected on the past year, a year after the death of her husband of nearly 60 years, Carl Dean, saying she is “doing good” and has been working to rebuild herself spiritually, emotionally, and physically after grieving and dealing with health issues that kept her from touring. Joined on stage by Dollywood president Eugene Naughton, Parton brought her trademark humor to the crowd, joking about rumors of a new husband while reaffirming her devotion to Dean. The spokesperson of the Labour Party in February 25 presidential election Kenneth Okonkwo has stated the Presidential Election Petition Court has adjourned the pre hearing of the trail to Wednesday, 10th of May 2023.


The Labour Party Chieftain revealed this on his media platform ( Twitter handle) on Wednesday.According to the tweet he made, “After a brief pre-hearing trial, the case was adjourned to Wednesday, 10th May, 2023 at 2 pm prompt.

With me is Alex Ejesieme SAN. We can recall that the opposition parties, (People’s Democratic Party, Labour Party) and their presidential candidates, Atiku Abubakar, Peter Obi filed a suit against the president elect of the country, Asiwaju Bola Tinubu challenging his mandate.

They noted that the the February 25 presidential election was rigged because of INEC’s failure to upload the results in Portal as promised.


However, the Peoples Democratic Party {PDP} and its presidential candidate in the February 25th presidential election, Atiku Abubakar, have applied for an order that will allow for live coverage of daily proceedings on the case they brought against the president-elect, Bola Tinubu.
